If your plan expired unexpectedly, it is probably due to payment failure. After the initial failure, our system will retry the charge to the card we have on file for your account. You have a 30-day grace period from the first payment failure during which time your learners will continue to have access to the program. You need to update your credit card information on time to ensure that the payment will go through. If a successful payment is not made in the grace period, your contract will be cancelled and the learners will be downgraded to audit mode.
Our system will automatically retry the charge based on the following schedule:
- 1) one day after the original due date
- 2) first Monday after above
- 3-5) following Mondays during the grace period
If we are not able to process your payment within the 30-day grace period, your contract will be canceled and all of your program data will be lost, after which you won't be able to retrieve any information about your learners or your learning program.
