A learning program is a selection of courses or specializations tied together for your learners to progress through and master a particular subject or a skill. Programs can be helpful in directing your employees towards the content that is the most useful for your organization (instead of each learner take any course they want within our catalog).
There is no limit on the number of programs you can create as an administrator. Based on your company goals and business needs you can have many different learning paths for your employees. Each program should give them a chance to advance their knowledge in a particular subject.
