After your plan expires, your admin dashboard will become unavailable and you won't be able to retrieve any information about your learners or your learning program. We recommend you download all the reports to obtain learner engagement data before the expiration date.
If your plan expires and you would like to continue providing an active learning program for your learners, you need to purchase a separate plan by following these steps:
- Visit your admin dashboard
- Click on "+Add Program"
- In the right corner, click on "Buy New Plan"
- Enter number of seats required for your users
- Select Payment Option: Annual or Quarterly
Since this is a new plan you will need to invite all learners again and ask them to re-enroll in their courses.
