Additions for Small Organizations
When you purchase a small organization plan, you will choose how many people will be your program. If you want to more people after your initial plan purchase, you will need to add more people to your plan or purchase another plan.
To add more people to your plan:
- Open your Admin Dashboard
- Click the Gear icon in the navigation bar
- Click Account in the drop-down menu
- On the Account page, click the Add Seats link in the Total Learner column
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete
While original plan purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, plan upgrades that add more people to your plan are not returnable and no refunds are available after purchase.
To purchase another small organization plan:
- Open your Admin Dashboard
- Click the Programs link
- Click the +Add Program button
- On the Add Program page, click the +Add Plan button
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your additional small organization plan purchase. Learn more about Plan billing and payment.
Additions for Large Organizations
For large organization customers, contact your Account Manager to add more course enrollments per person or to add more people to your contract.
