You can add or remove people from your program at any time. Each person you add requires one purchased enrollment space. You can also add more course enrollments to add more people to your program.
To remove people from your program:
- Open your Admin dashboard
- Open the Members or Invitations tab
- Click the checkbox next to the person you want to remove
- Click the trash can icon
If the person has access to more than one program, you will have an option to remove the person from all of your programs. If the person you remove is a program member who has already enrolled in a course, they will go into audit mode for that course and no longer have access to the program.
Courses that people enroll in as program members count toward your number of course enrollments per person, even after you remove those people from the program. If you remove people who already enrolled in one or more courses and replace them by inviting other people to the program, there may be fewer enrollments available to those people since the total course enrollments cannot exceed the number of people multiplied by the number of course enrollments per person for your purchased plan.
